JINGXIN NEW MATERIALS (Zhuji) CO., LTD. is a high-tech enterprise built around one capability: turning raw piezoelectric crystal into wafers that meet the exact specifications our customers need — reliably, order after order.

From crystal growth to final inspection, our entire production line is in-house. That means we control quality at every step, adapt quickly to non-standard specifications, and give customers a single point of accountability instead of a chain of subcontractors.

We work with LiNbO3, LiTaO3 and quartz — supplying both raw crystal ingots and finished wafers for SAW filters, RF front-end modules, optical communication systems and integrated photonics.

Developed wafer restoration technology and completed the blackening process for LiNbO3 wafers.

Overcame mass production challenges for 3–6 inch ultra-thin wafers.

Achieved mass production of 8-inch large-diameter Lithium Niobate wafers.
