From crystal growth to cleanroom packaging, every step runs on our own production line in Zhuji — nothing is outsourced piecemeal across vendors. We also offer contract wafer processing services for customer-supplied crystal materials. Detailed process parameters are proprietary and not published here.

TROPEL optical metrology measures flatness, warp, thickness uniformity and shape.
Surface & Particle Inspection
Candela CS20 detects particles, scratches, pits, dimples and stains on the wafer surface.
Electrical Testing
Keithley 6517B Electrometer measures bulk resistivity and conductivity.
Cleanroom Inspection & Packaging
After passing dimensional, surface and electrical inspection, wafers are sample-checked by hand and vacuum-sealed in a cleanroom environment ahead of shipment — protecting surface quality all the way to your line.
